Temporary installation of stretched tarpaulin in the middle of tables of the boardroom of the Flandre Lys community council. I was Invited by the community president to create an installation on the occasion of the community council meeting. I have roped a tarpaulin (from the technical department), to the tables in the meeting room, to form a catamaran. I wanted to take posession of the void around which the counselors are usually seated. That evening the counselors met around the installation.
